Camping du Theatre Romain

Camping Théâtre Romain offers campers a warm and friendly welcome close to the centre of the historic town of Vaison la Romaine in the heart of Provence. The Pruvot family run a clean, good quality, environmentally friendly campsite, with partially shaded, level, marked pitches for caravans, motor homes and tents. There are nine mobile homes that are available to rent. Our campsite is an excellent base for you to explore this fascinating region and is open from 15th March to 5th November each year. 
Camping Théâtre Romain caters for couples and families who are looking for a peaceful and spotlessly clean campsite. It is the perfect spot to appreciate the beauty of Provence and the history of the area. Established in 1994 the campsite is less than 600 yards from the town centre, a gentle stroll past the ruins of a Roman town and its Roman theatre. We have 66 pitches as well as 9 Mobile Homes for rent situated on over 3 acres. The pitches are mainly separated by hedges interspersed with mature trees to provide partial shade. Our facilities include a heated swimming pool, a boules area and free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no organised entertainment for children !!!
